BROAD SCOPE:
- Key person in purchasing monthly supplies and other materials needed by the support and operation team.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES/ RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Collecting supplies requisition from all sections.
- Collecting of quotations from different vendors to get the best quality and lowest amount.
- Maintain good relationship with existing vendors and establish new vendors for more networks.
- Filling internal approval to purchase monthly supplies request.
- Filling internal approval to purchase special request needed to day to day operation
- Filing internal approval to repair of Office/Warehouse Facilities
- Oversee and maintain the Inventory of supplies to maintain the stocks always available when needed
- Leads the distribution of office and other warehouse supplies
- Receiving and checking of billings/Invoices of utilities and rental units such as MHE’s
- Submits daily attendance
- Updating weekly report
- Filing of documents
