Position: Admin Staff (Probationary)
Duration: 6 Months (with a chance to become permanent)
Location: CEZ Santa Rosa City - Main
Reports to: Operations and Admin Head / Junior Management
Job Overview:
Provides administrative and clerical support to ensure efficient day-to-day operations of the office. The role assists in internal processes related to sales and logistics.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle day-to-day administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, photocopying, and scanning documents.
- Monitor office supplies and coordinate purchases when necessary.
- Schedule meetings, appointments, and assist in organizing company events.
- Encode and track incoming and outgoing documents.
- Answer phone calls and direct inquiries to the appropriate departments.
- Assist in coordinating deliveries and pickups with messengers or couriers.
- Provide assistance to HR, Finance, or Operations teams with administrative support (e.g., printing payroll, updating HR records, organizing receipts).
- Help prepare basic reports, spreadsheets, or forms as instructed.
- Assist in processing travel requests, reimbursements, and other internal requirements.
- Perform other related tasks as may be assigned from time to time.
Skills / Qualifications:
- Preferably a college-level in any field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and Gmail.
- Ability to generate reports.
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
- Trainable, flexible, trustworthy, and disciplined.
- Able to work effectively with people from diverse backgrounds.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php14,000.00 - Php18,000.00 per month
