About the Role:
We are hiring a dedicated and detail-oriented Admin Assistant with a strong background in Accounting or Finance. This role is ideal for someone who can confidently manage general office administration while supporting financial documentation and coordination. You’ll play a key role in ensuring smooth day to day operations across departments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform daily administrative and clerical tasks
- Prepare, organize, and manage office and financial documents
- Assist in scheduling, meetings, and basic reporting
- Encode data, maintain records, and support filing systems
- Communicate and coordinate with HR and operations teams
- Utilize accounting tools and software (e.g., QuickBooks)
- Support financial tracking, documentation, and basic analysis
Qualifications:
- Graduate of Business Management, Financial Management, Office Administration, or BSBA
- With experience or extensive experience in general office administration
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial processes
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and accounting tools like QuickBooks
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and reliable
- Can work independently and collaborate with teams
- Willing to work onsite (office-based setup in Malolos)
- Available to work Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
- Fast learner, especially with digital tools or computer systems
