Handle incoming calls and emails, provide prompt responses or directing queries to appropriate departments. Answer telephone calls to offer information, direct callers and take messages. Handle photocopying of documents, updating files and email communications for staff. Monitor office supplies inventory, placing orders to avoid shortages and maintain operational flow. Maintain comprehensive filing systems, both digital and paper based, for easy retrieval of documents. Respond to incoming requests for information or forwarded to appropriate individual. Manage confidential information with discretion, upholding data protection standards. Support office operations by taking on ad-hoc clerical duties. • Receive, route and distribute incoming mail and parcels.
