We’re Hiring: Administrative Assistant
We’re a construction company looking for an Administrative Assistant to help keep our operations running smoothly.
Responsibilities:
- Purchase materials and supplies needed for projects.
- Research and find reliable suppliers; negotiate for the best prices.
- Handle and check deliveries from suppliers to ensure accuracy.
- Track tools and equipment moving in and out of the stockroom or office.
- Assist in preparing weekly payroll for the team.
- Maintain and organize records, paperwork, and documentation.
- Coordinate with suppliers, clients, and team members as needed.
- Provide general administrative support to management and the team.
Requirements:
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications (Word, Excel, etc.).
- Good communication skills and ability to work with suppliers and colleagues.
- Prior experience in an office or admin role is a plus (experience in construction is an advantage).
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate
Pay: Php12,000.00 - Php15,000.00 per month
