- Assist in the preparation, verification, and processing of payroll data and related documentation.
- Ensure timely enrollment and updating of employee records for SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, and other statutory benefits.
- Facilitate loan applications and benefit claims (SSS, Pag-IBIG, etc.) and monitor their status.
- Maintain and update employee compensation and benefits records.
- Support the HR department in the administration of health insurance and other employee welfare programs.
- Assist in the computation and processing of final pay for resigned or separated employees.
- Prepare reports related to payroll, benefits, and government remittances.
- Handle employee inquiries regarding compensation, deductions, and benefits.
- Coordinate with government agencies and external providers regarding compliance and submissions.
- Perform other administrative and HR-related tasks as assigned.
