- Overall administration and preparation of payroll computation and its releasing.
- Maintains an updated monitoring of Logs, Leave Credits, Employee Benefits and Loans.
- Monitors payroll concerns and performs necessary adjustments.
- Maintains and administers biometric enrollment for newly hired employees.
- Facilitates employee clearances and computes for the last pay of resigned employees.
- Ensures timely processing of employees' government claims such as but not limited to SSS benefits, PHIC and etc.
- Processes payment for monthly government remittances for all employees
- Submits complete and on-time all reportorial requirements under Compensation and Benefits.
- Ensures renewal of SSS, PHIC and HDMF clearances.
- Performs other functions as may be required on a temporary basis.
