Join our team as a Customer Service Representative for an Airline Account!
As a Reservation Agent, you will:
- Provide booking and reservation services to customers, including airline ticket bookings and cancellations.
- Interact with customers over the phone, in person, or via email while delivering exceptional customer service.

Qualifications:
- At least Senior High School Graduate
- With at least 6 months BPO Voice Experience
- Preferably with experience in Travel, Retail or Financial
- Above Average English Communication Skills
Non-Negotiable Requirements:
- Transcript of Records (TOR) for College Graduates / Diploma for High School Graduates
- Certificate of Employment (COE) / Resignation Letter approved or acknowledged by HR and Supervisor
- Government IDs and Numbers: SSS, PhilHealth, TIN, and Pag-IBIG
- SSS Employment History
- NBI Clearance
