Charge

At Athena, we power possibility through transformative delegation. True leaders reflect on what they want in life and map the path to get there. Athena is the path. We offer rigorously-tested delegation coaching technology and an exceptional Philippines-based EA to keep our driven clients moving forward. The result is 10x more leverage, more time, more impact in work and life.

Our clients are ambitious, high-impact CEOs, founders, and execs. They have started 100+ companies, raised billions in venture capital, taken companies public, worked in the White House, invested in Facebook/Uber/Airbnb, run professional sports teams, Governor of US states, and compete in Ironman races and the World Series of Poker. As a part of the Athena team, you will have an exponential opportunity, empowering the fiercely ambitious to reach the most audacious goals.

With a waitlist growing by the day, Athena has already showcased compelling demand. The Analyst role will primarily be focused on improving the insights/reporting of Athena’s referral program and growth initiatives. We’re still in the early stages of our growth strategy, so we are looking for someone who is comfortable with ambiguity and having a wide impact.

High-Level Responsibilities

Referral Program Management

  • Oversee the tracking, eligibility validation, and payout of referral rewards.

  • Improve client communication (e.g., proactively informing referrers about reward timelines).

  • Enhance reporting and forecasting to anticipate upcoming referral payouts.

  • Establish and maintain a centralized Referral Program Database.

  • Ensure timely processing, payout, analysis, and audit of referral incentives (Referrer incl those under Revenue Share Agreements, Referred, and XP).

  • Endorse eligible referrals for approval and coordinate with processors for timely disbursement.

  • Monitor the submission status of incentives and ensure follow-through.

Data Analysis & Reporting

  • Support the Growth Team in experimenting with and analyzing new initiatives.

  • Build reports to measure impact and ensure we focus on what matters most.

  • Forecast and perform cost-benefit analyses for programs initiated by the Growth Team.

  • Monitor, analyze, and report on:
    • Client Acquisition Costs

    • Sales Incentives

    • Referral Incentives

Process Improvement & Automation

  • Help establish processes for new growth initiatives.

  • Recommend improvements and automation of existing workflows to increase efficiency.

Cross-Team Collaboration

  • Act as a bridge between the Growth, Sales, and Finance teams to ensure seamless execution and communication of initiatives.

Ad Hoc Tasks

  • Handle additional reporting or operational tasks as needed.

About You

  • You’re highly comfortable working with spreadsheets (especially Google Sheets) and enjoy diving into data. You know (or are excited to learn) how to use pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and charts to create reports that drive insight—like summarizing how many referrers are eligible for rewards and calculating total payouts.

  • You’re curious and proactive about learning. If you’re unsure how to use a specific function or analyze data, you take initiative—researching on YouTube, Google, or experimenting with tools like ChatGPT/AI to solve problems and enhance your skills.

  • You believe in clear documentation and knowledge sharing. For example, if you notice recurring client questions (e.g., “When will I receive my referral reward?”), you’re quick to draft FAQs or templates so your teammates have resources to respond consistently and efficiently.

  • You’re a strong communicator and eager to keep improving. In a fast-moving, collaborative team like ours, you thrive with autonomy and ownership. You’re not afraid to ask questions, raise concerns, or suggest improvements when things feel undefined—and you think in terms of solutions, not just problems.

  • You take pride in your work and strive for continuous improvement and high quality in everything you do.

  • You are driven by goals, not tasks

  • Have a growth mindset and a deep desire to learn and develop your skills.

  • Embody trust and dependability—your team can count on you.

  • Can understand complex challenges and offer creative, practical solutions.

  • Possess strong emotional, social, and relational intelligence.

  • Have excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.

  • Can handle Tier 2 or 3 escalations with professionalism and empathy.

  • Experience with Stripe, HubSpot, or similar platforms is a plus.

  • Have prior experience in Finance, or hold a Bachelor’s degree in a finance-related course (preferred).

  • Are based in the Philippines and available to work full-time (40 hours/week).
