.Key Responsibilities in PCN (Product Change Notification) Management
PCN Project Oversight & WIP Tracking
- Lead and monitor PCN projects to ensure timely execution.
- Manage Work-In-Progress (WIP) status and ensure system and planning readiness across all phases.
Master Data Readiness
- Initiate ECN/PECN requests for Bill of Materials (BOM) and part number creation.
- Maintain accuracy of product and lot attributes to support traceability and compliance.
System Readiness
- Initiate SLRs (Special Lot Requests), EBR (Engineering Build Request ) with accurate ABS/AIS /BDRF and Test TRS data for sample part numbers.
- Ensure all system configurations are aligned with PCN requirements.
PCN Database Integrity
- Maintain the integrity and accuracy of the PCN database (PSF) and PCN Horizon Tracking File.
- Ensure timely updates and data consistency across systems.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with Assembly, Test Operations, Planning, and Engineering teams.
- Coordinate to ensure PCN samples are delivered in line with customer request dates.
