Navigating the position: Application Consultant
Based in our Consulting & Delivery team, the Application Consultant will be responsible for delivering high-quality consulting services to clients. This role involves working closely with clients to understand their needs, developing tailored solutions, and ensuring the successful implementation of projects. You will also collaborate with internal teams to ensure that client requirements are met and to contribute to the continuous improvement of our service offerings.

Your Voyage Ahead:
As an Application Consultant, your responsibilities will include:
- Engage with clients to understand their needs and objectives. Develop strong client relationships for the duration of the project.
- Analyse client requirements and develop tailored solutions. Ensure solutions align with client goals and OTG’s capabilities.
- Manage consulting projects from initiation to completion. Ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope.
- Provide on-site and remote support during the implementation of solutions. Ensure smooth transitions and successful adoption of solutions by clients.
- Work closely with project teams, product development, and sales to ensure alignment and support for consulting initiatives.
- Develop and deliver training programs when onboarding clients. Ensure clients are equipped with the knowledge and skills to effectively use OTG solutions.
- Identify opportunities for improving consulting practices and methodologies. Implement best practices and innovative solutions.
- Prepare comprehensive documentation as needed, including project plans, reports, statements of work, work orders, and client communications, ensuring all materials are accurate and current.
Recommended to bring on board:
- Minimum of 3 years in consulting or a related field, with a proven track record of successful project delivery and client satisfaction.
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Client-focused mindset with the ability to accept and respond to change.
- Ability to work effectively within cross-functional teams, contributing expertise and insights to drive project success.
