**Job Title: Appointment Setter **
**Location:** Oakridge Business Park, Mandaue City, Cebu
**Schedule:** Monday to Friday (Weekends Off)

**Job Responsibilities:**
- Conduct cold calling to generate leads and set appointments with potential customers in Australia.
- Effectively engage in conversation to qualify leads and understand customer needs related to solar energy solutions.
- Utilize scripts and sales techniques while also being able to adapt and personalize conversations based on customer responses.
- Maintain detailed records of calls, customer interactions, and appointment schedules in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a seamless transition of leads and provide feedback on customer responses.
- Meet and exceed daily and weekly call and appointment-setting targets.
- Continuously improve knowledge of our solar products and services to effectively communicate benefits to prospective customers.
**Qualifications:**
- Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to hold engaging conversations.
- Previous experience in appointment setting, telemarketing, or a related field is an advantage.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
- Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.
- Passion for renewable energy and sustainability is preferred.
