Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Appointment Setter to join our financial services team. This role involves reaching out to small and medium-sized businesses generating at least $10,000 monthly revenue and may be seeking funding to scale their operations. The Appointment Setter will qualify leads, engage decision-makers, and schedule appointments with our funding specialists.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prospect Engagement: Make high-volume outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach to potential B2B clients in need of funding solutions.
- Lead Qualification: Identify whether businesses meet the company’s funding criteria (e.g., revenue, stability, and growth potential).
- Appointment Scheduling: Secure and confirm appointments for funding managers with qualified decision-makers.
- Relationship Building: Establish rapport with potential clients by demonstrating professionalism, empathy, and knowledge of funding solutions.
- Information Gathering: Collect and record essential business details such as company size, revenue range, funding needs, and decision-maker information.
- Follow-ups: Re-engage warm leads and nurture prospects that are not yet ready to book an appointment, ensuring a healthy pipeline.
- CRM Management: Log calls, notes, and appointment details accurately and consistently in the company’s CRM system.
- Collaboration: Work closely with sales and funding managers to ensure smooth handoff of qualified leads and alignment on lead quality.
- Script Optimization: Provide feedback and suggestions to improve scripts, email templates, and outreach strategies based on real conversations.
- KPI Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed daily and weekly performance metrics for calls, conversations, and booked appointments.
- Market Awareness: Stay updated on funding products, competitor offerings, and industry trends to effectively engage prospects.
- Professional Representation: Uphold the company’s brand and values in all interactions, ensuring a high standard of communication and professionalism.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in appointment setting, lead generation, or inside sales (preferably B2B).
- Background in financial services, lending, or funding solutions is an advantage.
- Excellent communication and persuasive skills with the ability to engage decision-makers.
- Comfortable making high-volume outbound calls and using multiple outreach channels.
- Familiarity with CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, or similar).
- Goal-driven, self-motivated, and a team player.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Basic Salary: ₱18,000 – ₱23,000 per month (depending on experience).
