Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls, emails, or messages to potential clients using provided lead lists or CRM tools.
- Introduce the company’s products or services and explain their benefits.
- Qualify leads based on predefined criteria and determine their level of interest.
- Schedule appointments between qualified leads and the sales team.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all interactions in the CRM system.
- Follow up with leads who expressed interest but didn’t schedule a meeting.
- Meet or exceed daily and weekly appointment-setting targets.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to improve lead generation strategies.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an appointment setter, telemarketer, cold caller, or similar role is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools is a plus.
- Goal-oriented and self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
- Comfortable handling objections and overcoming challenges during calls.
