About the Role
As an Appointment Setter at our technology-driven company, your mission is to fuel our growth by driving meaningful conversations with key decision-makers. Through thorough research, personalized outreach, and strategic cold calling, you’ll play a pivotal role in securing qualified sales meetings that help expand our client base and strengthen our market position. By closely collaborating with marketing and sales teams, you’ll ensure that our messaging resonates with prospects, ultimately contributing to our core values of trust, knowledge sharing, and commitment.
Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth research on target companies and decision-makers using tools like LinkedIn, ZoomInfo, Apollo, etc.
- Craft personalized outreach messages (email, phone, LinkedIn) based on each prospect’s role, industry, and pain points
- Make a minimum of 100 cold calls per day to generate interest and book meetings
- Secure at least 6 qualified sales meetings per month
- Maintain accurate activity logs and lead information in the CRM
- Optimize messaging strategies to improve engagement and conversions
- Work closely with marketing and sales teams to align on ICPs, messaging, and campaign performance
Competencies and Qualifications
Must-Have
- Minimum 3 -5 years of SDR or outbound sales experience targeting US-based clients
- Proven record of cold calling and booking meetings with C-level or Director-level contacts
- High level of self-motivation, confidence, and energy
- Strong research skills and the ability to craft tailored messaging
- Exhibits preparedness, proactive adaptability, and intellectual curiosity to drive results in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Willingness to work US hours
Nice-to-Have
- Familiarity with CRMs and tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Outreach
- Experience in industries such as Manufacturing, IT, Software, and Construction is an advantage
