Duties and Responsibilities
- Lead the overall strategic direction, operational execution, and financial performance of the company.
- Ensure compliance with Philippine regulatory standards (DOLE, BIR, DTI, FDA, DA, DENR).
- Oversee warehouse operations, including temperature control, safety, and inventory integrity.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure service excellence and customer satisfaction.
- Drive business development, cost efficiency, and expansion plans in both local and regional markets.
- Represent the company in LGU meetings, regulatory inspections, and industry associations (e.g., Cold Chain Association of the Philippines).
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Agriculture, Logistics, or related field.
- Master’s degree (MBA) is an advantage.
- Minimum of 10 years leadership experience in logistics, warehousing, or cold storage (preferably in the Philippines or ASEAN).
- Proven experience in P&L management, operational leadership, and team development.
- Strong knowledge of Philippine permits, LGU regulations, and national compliance requirements.
Technical Competencies
- In-depth knowledge of cold chain operations, HACCP, and food safety compliance.
- Strong financial management skills: BIR tax filings, forecasting, budgeting.
- Understanding of Philippine labor law, payroll, and government-mandated benefits (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG).
- Experience with WMS (Warehouse Management Systems) and ERP platforms.

- Excellent communication skills with internal teams, government agencies, and key stakeholders.

Pay: Php140,000.00 - Php220,000.00 per month
