Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture/Engineering or any relevant degree / certification related to Energy Efficiency
- At least 3-4 years of previous experience in an Energy Efficiency & Sustainability industry or similar role
- Demonstrated previous experience within an architecture operational environment
- Previous teaching/assessing experience is highly preferred
- Previous experience in an RTO industry is a plus
- Certificate IV in Home Energy Efficiency and Sustainability is preferred

Key responsibilities
- Assess student submissions and provide constructive feedback
- Evaluate learner progress and competency across course units
- Support students via email, phone, and the online learning platform
- Maintain accurate and current student records
- Update course content to reflect training standards
- Work with other assessors to ensure content quality and compliance
- Help improve assessment processes and ensure regulatory compliance

This position is an onsite role at our Pampanga office. Candidate must be willing to work on-site.
