We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Office Architect to join our dynamic team at Tristan Tejada Construction. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, designing, and reviewing architectural projects within the office. This includes preparing design presentations, working drawings, and collaborating with engineers, designers, and site personnel to ensure projects are executed according to specifications and standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and produce architectural designs, layouts, and technical drawings.
- Coordinate with engineers, consultants, and construction teams for project execution.
- Prepare conceptual designs and presentation drawings for clients and stakeholders.
- Conduct site inspections and visits as needed to ensure design compliance.
- Assist in reviewing plans and documents for regulatory compliance and constructability.
- Maintain project documentation, including contracts, reports, and architectural drawings.
- Provide support during project bidding, permit applications, and approvals.
- Ensure all architectural work meets the required codes, standards, and client expectations.
- Participate in internal meetings and contribute to overall design development strategies.
