- Graduate of Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or any business related courses
- With at least five (5) years of actual field sales and marketing experience
- The Area Manager entails customer, partner, and corporate responsibilities. The primary responsibility of the role is to enable, drive and elevate the Company’s position and penetration into the marketplace. The Area Manager will be internally and externally focused on branch operations in support of customer and market requirements.
- Responsible for driving the implementation of strategic initiatives to accelerate growth in market share
- Must have the ability to manage sales area and formulate strategic sales plan and to train subordinates effectively
- Must have knowledge in doing a marketing plan
- Must have excellent communication skills and exceptional project management skills
