- Oversee day-to-day operational aspects including distribution, finance/accounting, logistics and manpower.
- Locates areas of improvement and propose corrective actions that meet challenges and leverage growth opportunities for the employees and business unit
- Provides training, coaching, development and motivation for personnel.
- Manages budget and allocate funds appropriately.
- Monitors staff performance levels, provides feedback on and helps identify improvement opportunities.
- Meet or exceed established KPIs; remain accountable for products.
Knowledge and Skill Requirements:
- College graduate, preferably with a degree in business and marketing related course
- Operations management background preferably in a distribution industry is an advantage (3 – 4-year experience)
- Background: Budget Management, Finance/Accounting Management
- Skills & Abilities: Inventory Management, Fleet Management, Accounting & Finance
- Reports and presentations skills
- Analytical and data analysis skills
