Key Responsibilities:
The Area Sales Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the sales performance and profitability of all Piccola Café by Plains & Prints branches. This includes driving cost efficiency, improving profit margins, and ensuring effective people management, including but not limited to training and staff development.
Qualifications:
- Must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Administration, Management, Commerce, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience, preferably in the food or service industry.
- Must be willing to work in Quezon City and travel to assigned stores across the Greater Metro Manila area.
- Full-time position available.
