Job Summary:
Responsible for client acquisition, servicing, and relationship management. This role oversees a team of brand promoters to drive sales performance, ensure store standards, and support strategic sales initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
● Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to support acquisition and retention goals.
● Prospect for new clients and grow existing accounts to generate long-term sales growth.
● Conduct regular monitoring of promoters' adherence to standard uniform and the "One Look" policy.
● Perform daily attendance and punctuality checks of all promoters within the assigned area. Supervise and evaluate promoter performance; create and manage work schedules to ensure optimal coverage.
● Develop and implement programs to help the team meet and exceed sales targets.
● Support and coach brand promoters to achieve individual and team sales goals.
● Conduct regular store visits to ensure compliance with company standards and provide field support.
● Analyze current and emerging market trends to help inform business strategy.
● Execute any ad hoc tasks or projects assigned.
Qualifications:
● Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in any field.
● Proven experience in sales and team supervision at electronics and mobile communications company.
● Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
● Excellent time management and reporting discipline.
● Proficient in MS Office and other relevant business tools.
● Willing to travel and conduct fieldwork in multiple areas nationwide.
● Flexible to perform additional responsibilities as needed.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php13,000.00 - Php23,000.00 per month
