Responsible for client servicing, acquisition and management
Build sales by prospecting for new clients and generate future income by nurturing existing customer relationship.
Monitoring of standard uniform of promoters all the time.
Implement the one look policy, any other Ad-hoc task given by the Director of Sales.
Daily checking of the tardiness of all promoters in the assigned area.
Suggest and create a program to ensure that your team can hit the target.
Manage and evaluate promoters, performance, organize and distribute promoters schedule.
Help brand promoters achieve sales target.
Identify current and future market trends.
Store visit.
