Ensure Marketing Professionals effectiveness by determining and solving training needs. Recommend and discuss with Dealer Sales Trainer ways to improve trainings.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Prepares new Marketing Professionals by conducting on-board training for MPs
- Plan and plot monthly training schedule
- Determine training needs of MPs by reviewing individual performances and conducting regular product presentation
- Develops individual results by maintaining policy and procedure
- Improve training effectiveness by developing new approaches and techniques
- On time submission of sales report
- Monitor attendance of MPs (office, showroom and mall display)
- Update training materials and formal quotations with complete specs
- Daily monitoring of showroom – unit display, specs sheet and stand
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree
- At least 1–2 years of experience in training, coaching, or instructional design, learning & development, or dealership operations (e.g., sales, service, or parts).
- Prior experience in the automotive or retail industry is an advantage.
