Job Description
RESPONSIBILITIES
- The Sales Admin Assistant will act as point person for the brokers and digital in-house sales team. Responsible to provide assistance during and after sales.
- Provides assistance in Broker's Accreditation thru site orientation and promos
- Prepares sales form and other relevant documents needed to fill out by the clients
- Assists brokers in project presentation and closing a sale
- Disseminates memo and updates to brokers and digital in-house sales team regarding with the monthly meeting agendas, promos, etc.,
- Coordinates with Marketing department regarding tripping schedule and request tripping vehicle if needed
- Ensures company support is release on time
- Generates Monthly, Quarterly and Annual Sales report.
MUST HAVE
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Management, Marketing or equivalent.
- Have background in customer service, administrative work, in house coordinator position
- Proficient in Microsoft Office application.
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Experience in a Real Estate /Property development will be an advantage
- Willing to be assigned in General Trias, Cavite Area.
- Position is for permanent/full time position and must be available to start immediately
