Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Senior Finance Manager in preparing and reviewing timely and accurate financial reports.
- Review and analyze journal entries, ensuring alignment with internal policies and accounting standards.
- Support the month-end and year-end closing processes, including general ledger reconciliations and variance analysis.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and financial reporting requirements.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including operations, sales, and other departments, to provide financial insights and guidance.
- Participate in financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
- Identify and recommend opportunities for process improvements and cost-efficiency.
- Maintain and monitor internal controls to safeguard company assets.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy. CPA license preferred
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in finance or accounting
- Proven audit experience (public practice) at a supervisory level OR prior experience as an assistant/associate accounting manager in a private company
- Strong knowledge of financial analysis and reporting
- Proficiency in accounting systems and Microsoft Excel
- Must be willing to work onsite in Makati (Monday-Friday)
