POSITION: ASSISTANT MANAGER
REQUIREMENTS:
- At least 3 years of experience in supervisory or managerial positions preferably in the hotel industry.
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Tourism, Business Management, or a related field.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Ensure a high level of guest satisfaction by addressing complaints and resolving issues promptly.
- Oversee daily operations and guide staff in various departments (admin, front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage, etc.) to ensure efficient service delivery.
- Assist in training, and development of team members.
- Support the General Manager in the daily operations.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining a safe environment for both guests and employees.
- Proactively identify potential issues and implement solutions to enhance operational efficiency and guest satisfaction.
- Submit daily reports to the General Manager.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php25,000.00 - Php35,000.00 per month
