What You Will Do:
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, emails, and chats
- Assist customers with billing inquiries, payments, and account issues
- Provide technical support for telecom products and services

What You Need:
- Be friendly and good at talking.
- Know how to use a phone or computer
- Filipino Citizen, or hold relevant residence status
- Willing to work onsite and on a shifting schedule
- At Least high school diploma
- Good verbal, listening, and communication skills. Preferred language: English.
