Remote Job (Laptop will be provided if based in Nueva Ecija)
We are looking for a detail-oriented Bank Reconciliation Specialist to join our remote finance team. Your primary responsibility will be to reconcile bank accounts using data from our SAP ledger against bank statement SOAs (also uploaded on the system). This is a focused role with little to no recording duties. All journal entries and recordings are handled by another accountant.
Specifically, you will have to:
1. Reconcile approximately ave 15 bank accounts (est 5 accounts with daily transactions, 10 accounts with minimal activity)
2. Match SAP ledger entries against bank statement SOAs
3. Identify discrepancies and communicate with the accounting team to resolve them
4. Ensure reconciliations are accurate and completed in a timely manner
5. Maintain documentation for audit and reporting purposes
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From Php23,000.00 per month
