Banking Specialist – Job Responsibilities (BPO):
- Handle customer inquiries related to banking products, transactions, and account services via phone, email, or chat.
- Assist clients with balance inquiries, fund transfers, payment processing, and account updates.
- Ensure compliance with data privacy, security standards, and financial regulations.
- Accurately log interactions and maintain updated customer account information in banking systems.
- Identify and escalate complex issues or potential fraud to the appropriate department.
