QUALIFICATIONS:
- High school graduate or with a vocational diploma or certificate in food and beverage services, hospitality, or equivalent (college level in HRM or related course is a plus).
- At least 6 months to 1 year of experience as a barista or in food and beverage service.
- Knowledge of coffee brewing techniques, espresso machines, and beverage preparation.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Physically fit and able to stand for long hours.
- Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays.
- Attention to detail and passion for coffee.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php13,520.00 - Php15,000.00 per month
