Job Description:
The Barista/Bartender is responsible for preparing and serving beverages efficiently while ensuring high-quality service in accordance with hotel standards. This role involves maintaining a clean bar station, managing daily inventory, up selling menu items, and promptly attending to guest needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve all beverages promptly to hotel standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and readiness of the bar station (mis-en-place).
- Familiarize with food and beverage menus and actively up sell specials.
- Conduct daily inventory checks and report any discrepancies.
- Deliver excellent customer service with attention to detail.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality or barista/bartending training is a plus.
- Prior experience as a barista or bartender preferred.
- Good knowledge of coffee, cocktails, and beverage preparation.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Must be organized, reliable, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Willing to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Willing to work at Timog, Quezon City

Pay: Php18,000.00 - Php19,000.00 per month
