Logix BPO is a smart outsourcing company and business process outsourcing specialist based in Cebu City.
We are looking for a detail-oriented and punctual individual to join our team as a Booking Coordinator for our Travel Account. In this role, precision is essential you will be responsible for booking travelers into tours and transfers (such as buses), where mistakes are simply not an option.
Your main tasks will include:
- Booking individuals into our internal booking system
- Confirming those bookings in the external systems of our partner companies
- Ensuring every detail is entered correctly and verified

Qualifications:
- Experience: 2 to 3 years in Bookings or Travel Operations
- Ability to work in a 2-2-3 shift schedule
- Language Skills: Fluent in English (required)
- Technical Skills: Proficient in email and booking platforms; able to learn new software systems; experience with scheduling or dispatch systems is a plus
- Communication: Professional email etiquette, clear spoken and written skills, customer-care mindset
