Key Responsibilities
- Manage accounts payable and receivable, including invoicing, bill payments, and reconciliations
- Prepare and record journal entries, general ledger postings, and financial statements
- Assist with the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and other financial reports
- Liaise with internal departments and external partners to resolve accounting-related inquiries
- Maintain compliance with relevant financial regulations and best practices
- Provide administrative support to the finance team as needed
- 2+ years of experience as a Bookkeeper or Accountant
- Proficiency in accounting software and tools, such as QuickBooks or Xero
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
- Familiarity with financial reporting and reconciliation processes
- Understanding of generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (preferred)
