As a BPO- Sales Agent, you will be responsible for driving revenue by selling our financial services and loan products to potential clients.
Key Responsibilities:
As a BPO- Sales Agent, you will be responsible for driving revenue by selling our financial services and loan products to potential clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Initiate cold calls to potential clients from provided lead lists.
- Qualify leads based on set criteria.
- Meet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly call and meeting quotas.
Qualifications:
- Must be at least Filipino Citizen.
- At least 1 year of experience in a Sales Account at a BPO Call Center.
- Previous experience in lead generation, sales is preferred.
- Strong command of English.
- Ability to handle objections and maintain a positive attitude.
- Motivated, self-starter with a drive for success.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Perks:
- Fully remote work environment.
- Base Salary 18,000-20,000Php
- Commission up to 85,000Php
- Earn Bonuses up to 50,000Php
- Working hours 11pm-8am Philippines time (Graveyard Shifts), 5 days a week (8 hours + 1 hour break)
