The Branch Admin performs various administrative duties including report preparation, encoding of walk-in, pick-up, and delivery transactions, issuing OR to all transactions, monitoring of personnel including work-hours, and direct coordinating with Sprinters.
QUALIFICATIONS
1. At least 2nd year college or graduate of 2-year course.
2. With at least 6 months related experience preferred.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, & ABILITIES
1. Can prepare reports.
2. Can work with a team with minimum amount of supervision.
3. Has the ability to multi-task as needed.
4. With keen attention to details.
5. Ability to make decisions on matters involving immediate problem solving within his/her area of control.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Answers telephone calls promptly and appropriately.
2. Assigns sprinters to do pick-up/delivery based on the detail that is received in the system.
3. Make consistent follow-up on these packages. Should problem arise, he/she must take the necessary action to solve the problem.
4. Checks sticker placed on each parcel is correct.
5. Duties may include reassignment to alternate operational areas as required by J&T Express operations.
6. May do ad hoc tasks from HR, Finance, and other back office administrative tasks as deemed necessary by Management.
7. Duties may be supplemented or otherwise revised by J&T Express at its sole discretion.
