Qualifications & Skills:
✔ Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or a related field.
✔ Experience:
- At least 3-5 years of experience in a managerial or supervisory role.
- Preferably with experience in retail, sales, or branch operations.
- Background in automotive, construction, or trading industries is a plus.
✔ Technical & Business Skills:
- Strong leadership and decision-making skills.
- Proven ability to drive sales and business growth.
- Knowledge of inventory management and financial oversight.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and sales tracking tools.
✔ Soft Skills & Work Ethics:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
- High level of integrity and professionalism.
✔ Other Requirements:
- Willing to work Monday to Saturday and render overtime as needed.
- Must be open to relocation or travel if required.
