- Candidate must be a graduate of Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management or its allied field;
- With minimum of three (3) years work experience in which two (2) years are managerial/supervisory position in motorcycle/spare parts sales, marketing and Credit & Collection Management;
- With specific knowledge in motorcycle units/spare parts, sales and distribution, financing, credit and collection.
- Strong ability to supervise and train employees, including organizing, prioritizing and scheduling of work assignments.
