Job description:
Angcore Motor Group, a leading car dealership in Mindanao, is looking for a Body Repair and Paint (BRP) Manager to lead and manage the BRP operations under its After-Sales Department in Davao City. The ideal candidate will have 2–3 years of experience in automotive body repair and paint services, with strong knowledge of warranty handling, insurance claim processes, and bank/lending partner coordination. The candidate must be hands-on, results-driven, and capable of managing team performance while ensuring high-quality service standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the full operations of the Body Repair and Paint (BRP) section, ensuring repair quality and service efficiency.
- Supervise body and paint technicians, monitor repair processes, and maintain productivity levels.
- Handle insurance claims processing—including documentation, approvals, coordination with adjusters, and follow-ups with insurance providers.
- Manage warranty-related repairs, ensuring proper documentation and manufacturer compliance.
- Coordinate with banks and partner institutions for insurance and repair approvals related to financed vehicles.
- Ensure accurate cost estimates, repair timelines, and customer communications.
- Monitor inventory of BRP supplies and ensure proper usage and ordering.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by ensuring excellent service quality and timely updates.
- Implement safety and quality control procedures in the workshop.
- Prepare regular performance and financial reports for management.
- Handle customer concerns and complaints related to BRP services, offering timely and professional resolution.
- Ensure compliance with dealership policies and manufacturer standards.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Automotive Technology, Mechanical Engineering, or any related field (or equivalent work experience).
- At least 2–3 years of experience in a BRP management or supervisory role within an automotive dealership or authorized service center.
- Hands-on experience in body and paint operations, insurance claim handling, and warranty process management.
- Strong network or working relationship with insurance providers and banks is a plus.
- Good knowledge of automotive repair processes, paint systems, and technical standards.
- Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in MS Office and automotive service software systems.
- Willing to work in Davao City and can start immediately.
