JOB DESCRIPTION
- Conducts regular rounds/inspection of all equipment and common area facilities while on duty.
- Ensures that all equipment is in good running condition. Otherwise, implement trouble shooting activities to rectify any noted defects.
QUALIFICATION
- Basic knowledge in plumbing, carpentry, civil works
- Knowledgeable with mechanical and electrical equipment/system
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php13,000.00 - Php16,000.00 per month
