JOB SUMMARY:
As a Marketing Intern, you will play a key role in supporting our digital marketing initiatives, content creation efforts, and influencer partnership strategies. This internship offers hands-on experience in social media management, video production, and performance tracking, providing you with a strong foundation in modern marketing practices. You’ll work closely with the marketing team to grow our online presence and ensure our brand remains engaging and relevant.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Content Creator Partnerships
- Research and identify relevant influencers and content creators on Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok that align with our brand and target audience.
- Assist in outreach and coordination of partnership campaigns and collaborations.
2. Social Media Management
- Support day-to-day management of our social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
- Help schedule and publish content, engage with followers, and contribute to growing our online community.
3. Content Creation
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop engaging written and visual content such as posts, captions, and articles.
- Create creative and engaging video content for various platforms, especially TikTok, Instagram Reels, and Facebook.
- Handle video production tasks, including shooting and editing high-quality video assets aligned with current trends and campaign objectives.
4. Performance Monitoring and Reporting
- Assist in tracking and analyzing the performance of past campaigns and partnerships.
- Provide regular reports and insights to help optimize future marketing strategies.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
- Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Multimedia Arts, or a related field.
- Strong familiarity with Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok, including trends and best practices.
- Basic graphic design or video editing skills (e.g., Canva, CapCut, Adobe Premiere, or similar tools).
- Creative mindset with a passion for content creation and storytelling.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks.
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
