👋What are our wishes:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Management, Accounting, or a related field.
Experience:
- Minimum of 8 years of business analysis experience, including 3 years in a senior role involving end-to-end IT solution implementation and integration with downstream systems.
- At least 5 years of experience in banking, accounting, or the financial services sector.
- 5 years of exposure to solution design and documenting business processes.
- 5 years of experience in IT application testing and quality assurance.
Skills:
- Understanding of business processes (preferred).
- Knowledge of project and systems development lifecycles.
- Experience with Agile and Waterfall solution delivery.
- Proficient with Microsoft tools such as SharePoint, Teams, and Power BI.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
Reporting and Coordination
The Business Analyst will report to the Manager at the Information Technology Department and work closely with the project team and internal/external stakeholders. Additional services may be required by the team or IT supervisor.
💼How can you contribute to the team?
- Conduct a comprehensive analysis of existing processes, requirements, design specifications, and applications related to sovereign operations.
- Engage in requirements elaboration, solution design, quality assurance, and issue resolution.
- Develop additional project requirements, including wireframes and prototypes for UX/UI, data specifications, business rules, workflows, integration, and role-based access definitions.
- Assist in preparing and reviewing test cases, scenarios, and scripts against defined requirements.
- Conduct product demonstrations and usability testing with Product Owners and relevant stakeholders.
- Collaborate with the testing team and assist users during User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Monitor, manage, and address bug fixes/issues and their resolution.
