What will you do as Business Analytics Specialist:
- Provides critical support to the team through regular preparation of sales production reports with high-level data analysis. The job entails close coordination with immediate manager to satisfy the needs and requirements of Banca Sales Leaders, Banca Heads and other stakeholders to improve the over-all productivity and profitability of the channel.
- Consolidates and maintains the database of all sales production details through daily extraction of raw reports and updating information based on existing bank and sales assignments for extended processing and historical reference
- Formulates campaign results for both institutional and tactical campaigns based on mechanics finalized by Bancassurance marketing team in coordination with Bank Partners and SLGFI Management. Development of Formulas to automate the process of updating results while applying the complex requirements to ensure accuracy of results. Continuous coordination for other updates and results adjustments for sending to Marketing team's official communication
- Prepare necessary management reports, presentation materials or decks needed by Bancassurance Leaders and SLT necessary for meetings with key stakeholders, board members, townhalls and etc.
- Generates group retirement proposals for BSOs as the need arises by running the Macro program created by SLOCPI.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree of any course
- Must have at least 2 to 3 years business analytics related experience
- Preferably from Financial Services
- Knowledge on MIS/Reporting
- Understanding of VBA and Data Analytics tools is a plus
