The Business Development Associate will support the Business Development Manager in executing strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets. This junior role will involve assisting with market research, lead generation, sales support and building relationships with potential customers and partners. The Business Development Senior Associate will play a crucial role in driving business growth and contributing to the overall success of the company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in developing and executing strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
- Conduct market research to identify new target markets, trends, and potential leads.
- Support the Business Development Manager in implementing marketing strategies to reach new customers.
- Assist in generating leads and qualifying prospects.
- Collaborate with the Business Development Manager to develop and deliver effective sales presentations and proposals.
- Support in managing the sales cycle and maintaining accurate records of sales activities.
- Assist in building and maintaining relationships with potential customers and partners.
- Coordinate and collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of business development initiatives.
- Assist in identifying new opportunities for growth and expansion.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, competitors, and market conditions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing, Advertising, or equivalent.
- Prior experience in a business development or sales support role in the travel industry is preferred.
- Knowledge of market research techniques and lead generation strategies.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Eagerness to learn and contribute to the growth of the company.
