Business Development / Bids and Grants Specialist
Location: Remote
Schedule: 12:00 PM to 9:00 PM EST or 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM EST
Type: Full-Time Contract | 40 hours/week
Salary Range: PHP 18,000 to 20,000/month
Division: Consulting (CONS) and Language Services (LSP)
Responsibilities
- Research, draft, and submit client-specific proposals and grant applications
- Identify and track opportunities aligned with our core offerings
- Maintain business development certifications (SAM, SBA, Vendormate, etc.)
- Coordinate with internal teams to meet submission timelines
- Create reports and dashboards using CRM tools (Salesforce)
- Ensure accuracy, quality, and compliance across all submitted materials
- Document all activity in Monday.com and Salesforce
- Attend daily MDI meetings and report progress
Qualifications
- 2+ years experience in proposal writing, bids, grants, or sales support
- Strong writing, proofreading, and research skills
- Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce preferred)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and online collaboration tools
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- Detail-oriented with high accountability and time management skills
Base Pay and Additional Remuneration:
