The ideal candidate is a motivated, organized, and creative individual who welcomes the challenges of acquiring and developing new business through sales efforts. You will build key customer relationships, identify business opportunities, and close business deals while maintaining an extensive knowledge of current market conditions.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Perform market research to identify new business opportunities and engage with executives to establish strategies for pursuing those new opportunities.
- Establish NEW accounts/clients and perform all related customers communication and discussion as far as new business development activity is concern.
- Prepare reports for any assign task given by the superior and prepare accordingly.
- Responsible in making Minutes of the Meeting for any attended customer visit.
- Support Manager in preparing any quotation requirement from any inquiry receive from Customer.
- Responsible in making and tracking any PR/PO related from newly establishment customer/business as well as issuance of Sales Invoice during development stage.
- Cultivate strong business relationships with key decision makers.
- Proactively identify new opportunities and deliver innovative solutions to customers.
- Develop market strategies by researching lists of high potential prospects.
Job Qualification:
- Candidates must be a graduate of Bachelor's/college degree in any business-related courses (Engineering, Marketing, Business Management. etc.)
- With at least 3 years in sales industry preferably with experience in Manufacturing.
- With strong communication and presentation skills
- Excellent in written and verbal communication skills
- Have leadership skills.
- With Marketing and Business skills strategies
- Good customer relation
- With sense of responsibility
