Qualifications:
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's Degree: A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field is usually required.
- Experience: Several years of experience (often 3-5 years) in business development, property leasing, sales, or marketing is generally expected.
- Proven Track Record: Demonstrable success in tenant acquisition, lease negotiation, or sales is a strong plus.
- Willing to assigned in Ortigas Pasig City
Business Development:
- Conducting market research to identify potential leads and opportunities.
- Developing and implementing marketing strategies to attract tenants.
- Building and maintaining relationships with potential and existing clients.
- Generating new business leads through networking and other channels.
- Preparing and presenting proposals and presentations to secure new business.
Leasing:
- Presenting properties to prospective tenants and highlighting their features.
- Negotiating lease terms and conditions.
- Managing lease agreements, renewals, and terminations.
- Ensuring properties are well-maintained and attractive to tenants.
- Overseeing tenant screening and application processes.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php25,000.00 - Php30,000.00 per month
