Requirements:
- 3–5 years of experience in a sales or business development role, with at least 2–3 years in a management capacity
- Proven ability to lead teams to exceed quotas and performance metrics
- Strong communication, coaching, and motivational skills
- Deep understanding of outbound and inbound sales development strategies
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and other sales tools.
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of Business Development Representatives
- Set goals and KPIs for the BDR team and track performance against targets
- Collaborate with Marketing and Sales leadership to align on lead quality, campaigns, and messaging
- Build and refine outbound prospecting strategies to maximize effectiveness
- Conduct regular 1:1s, team meetings, call coaching, and performance reviews
- Ensure the BDR team consistently delivers qualified opportunities to the sales team
- Recruit and onboard new BDRs as the team grows
- Analyze team metrics and implement improvements to increase efficiency and conversion rates
- Provide reporting and insights on pipeline development, team performance, and market trends
