Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute business development strategies to expand market presence in infrastructure and construction.
- Identify new business opportunities and lead client acquisition efforts.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders including developers, contractors, and government agencies.
- Lead proposal development, pricing strategies, and contract negotiations.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to inform strategic decisions.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in business development, sales, or project management within the building and infrastructure sector.
