Position: Business Development Specialist

Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 – 2 years of experience in Sales or Business Development
- Preferably with a valid Driver’s License
- Graduate of Marketing or any Business-related course
- Local resident
- Computer literate
- Fluent in oral and written communication
- Strong leadership skills
Job Description:
- Graduate of Marketing or any Business-related course
- Able to handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally
- Proven experience in a retail sales, sales representative, or similar role
- Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
- Familiarity with customer and market dynamics and requirements
- Demonstrated track record of exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Friendly, energetic, and customer service-oriented personality
- Ability to perform under pressure and resolve complaints in a timely manner
Responsibilities:
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service
- Assess customer needs and provide relevant assistance and product information
- Welcome customers and respond to their inquiries
- Achieve sales goals on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis
- Go the extra mile to drive sales and meet targets
- Build and maintain productive relationships with customers
- Manage assigned sales territory and follow a structured selling process
